The Cabinville Professional Home Office 5353 Log Cabin has a unique cavity wall system which measures a generous 5.0m x 5.0m INTERNALLY (most log cabin sizes are quoted using the length of the logs used to make the walls which includes the corner joints losing up to 170mm for each corner). The internal area measures just under 30 square metres which is the maximum area allowed before building regulations are required. The external measurements are 5.3m x 5.3m on the cavity wall models.

 

Each wall is made up of TWO layers of 45mm logs separated by a 50mm cavity making a total wall thickness of 140mm this can then be filled with a variety of insulation materials (which we can supply with the building if required) giving you the option to upgrade even further at very little cost to a building that can far surpass the regulations required for thermal values for a mobile home.  The 140mm winterised cavity wall system cabin is a quality cabin designed for all year round usage ensuring that the elements stay out. 

 

The cavity can be utilized to run fire proof conduit throughout to house those ugly loose wires plus with the unique twin skin design you are able to hide away also those unsightly water pipes.

3 x DW03 double glazed double windows

1 x GD03 double glazed double door (plain windows can be supplied if required). 

The windows are a 22mm insulated double glazed unit with tilt and turn 5 point security locking.
