in a factory controled environment with a 1mm +/- tolerance, this system allows simple fast erection thus reducing the on site costs. A builder can not compete with quantity purchasing power and  factory mass production and no weather delays and no expensive contractors.

 

 

Computer designed roof truss system, computer designed floor joist system, fully insulated walls and floor, all internal partitions and doors, quality windows and doors all double glazed, plywood roofing sheets, 3/4" T & G plywood sub-floor, Premium quality wood sidings (the exterior can be designed to accept brick or any  wood products ) and interior stairs.

 

 

Delivery to site mainland UK free of charge.  To off-load the house from the vehicle 5 - 6 able bodied men required as panels can weigh up to 500 pounds.

 

All our plans can be modified to your requirements we can also custom build with no additional cost.  Our homes are designed to minimise their utilisation of natural resources, travels miles and carbon emissions.  For workers and building materials, this provides significant embodied energy savings when compared to traditional on site construction.

 

 

This is normally provided by our clients, but we have a list of contractors that will assist if required.  The foundations can be slab or piers.  Footings which will be required for brick faced walls. Blue prints will be supplied on receipt of order.
